Post-Bachelor's Teacher Licensure

Administered by the Center for Educator Preparation, this face-to-face program allows students with a previous bachelor's degree to earn a license to teach in Colorado, whether the degree is in the same field in which they want to teach or not. Prerequisite content courses may be required.

Flexibility within endorsements allow students who have already completed a bachelor's degree in the field in which they plan to teach to earn licensure only. This is accomplished through the educator licensing program, and students considering a licensure-only plan should begin by speaking with a content area advisor.
