Proof of English language proficiency is required for applicants from countries or United States territories where there are official languages other than (or in addition to) English. This includes the U.S. territories of American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and Puerto Rico.
Colorado State University requires that proficiency in English language be demonstrated either by the TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE academic tests prior to admission. Please submit one of the official scores from the list below. Tests must be taken within two years prior to admission and submitted directly from the Educational Testing Service (select institution code: 4075).
TOEFL, IELTS, or PTE scores are not required for applicants who are citizens of the countries published in the current Exemption List. Students may also be exempted from English proficiency requirements if they recently earned a degree from a U.S. University.
Please ensure that official transcript copies include a certified translation into English (only one set of transcripts is required).
