  • I took the PMP® certification exam on Saturday. I would not have passed without taking the classes, but passed on the first time, despite taking your classes a year ago. The value of your program is incredible. Keep up the good work.

    – Paul Spencer, BSChE, MBA, PMP

  • Module 5 – Contracts and Procurement (2 class sessions)
Gain an overview of all phases of contracting, including requirements development, solicitation, administration, and closeout. Select the right types of contracts for your project.

  • Module 7 – Human Resources/Communications (2 class sessions)
We will explore the various leadership styles, ways to build high-performance teams, innovative methods to resolve conflict, effective motivation concepts, and communication techniques.
  • Program Project
Throughout the program, you will complete a project that integrates and applies lessons from each unit. By the time you graduate, your resulting work is a portfolio piece that demonstrates your competency as a Project Manager.
