Student Affairs in Higher Education Certificate
How to Apply
Candidates for the certificate program should have completed a bachelor's degree with an undergraduate grade point average of 3.0.
To apply to the certificate program, submit the following:
- Completed application form (pdf)
- Statement describing your interest in the program
- Unofficial transcripts from each institution attended
- One letter of recommendation
- Current resume
- TOEFL scores, if English is not your native language
Submit application materials in one large envelope to:

Applications are reviewed year-round, on a first-come, first-served basis. You are encouraged to apply as early as possible prior to the semester you want to begin the program. You can expect to be notified of your application status within four weeks of receipt. Courses will be capped at 25 students.
You must apply and be accepted into the program prior to registering for courses. Once accepted, you will be notified of your enrollment status.
Entrance into the Student Affairs in Higher Education certificate program does not constitute admission to the University nor the Student Affairs in Higher Education master's degree.
