Foundation in planning, organizing, and producing tourism special events and conferences. Functions and strategies necessary for effective tourism event management.
Junior standing. Credit not allowed for both NRRT 460 and RRM 460.

Paul Layden has his BS Recreation Resources Management and MS in Human Dimensions of Natural Resources. Paul teaches NR 377 Pre-Internship, NRRT 460 Tourism Event Planning and NRRT 193 New to the Major Seminar. He also coordinates internships for all undergraduate students in the Department of Human Dimensions of Natural Resources, assists with academic advising and helps coordinate conferences.
