Investigate and evaluate the techniques of incorporating food production systems in the urban and peri-urban environment.

Prerequisite

HORT 450A (Horticulture Food Crops: Cool Season Vegetable Production) or HORT 450B (Horticulture Food Crops: Warm Season Vegetable Production) or HORT 450C (Horticulture Food Crops: Small Fruit Production) or HORT 450D (Horticulture Food Crops: Tree Fruit Production). Credit not allowed for both AGRI 515 and HORT 515.
