Though the Arts and Humanities seem far apart from STEM fields, they share mutual concerns and complementary ways of thinking. This course, looking at literature and art from across the ages, will examine the ways in which the Arts, Sciences, and Humanities can work together towards understanding and seeking solutions to our most complicated challenges.
This course meets the All-University Core Curriculum (AUCC) requirements for Arts/Humanities (Category 3B) and is approved under gtPathways in the content area of Ways of Thinking (GT-AH3).
Prerequisite
Credit allowed for only one of the following: IU 173A, IU 173B, IU 173C, IU 173D, or IU 180A2.
