BSLL 4106 - Success Factors in Talent Management: The Strategic Advantage for Managing Your Workforce in the New Economy

Strategic talent management is the association between a company’s strategies, objectives and goals and your people programming. This course will underscore the importance of alignment and execution in hiring, training, managing performance, compensating and retaining people in all roles including employees and contractors. You will gain insight into moving beyond traditional “Human Resources” and explore the many ways to facilitate organizational success by linking your people strategy to your organizational strategy.
