EDOD 653 - Managing Development of On-Demand Solutions

Learn to conduct consultative conversations, develop value propositions, and create detailed request for service (RFS) proposals that direct the development to high impact-on demand assets. Oversee and participate in the development of HI-OD assets based on organizational opportunities.

Dr. Lewis has been involved in education, instructional design and performance technology for over 40 years; including corporate positions with Health Net, Xerox Corporation, Apple Computer and RTC.
Howard is founder of and currently serving as President and Chief Learning Architect for Integrated Performance Solutions, Inc. (IPS). IPS specializes in instructional design, eLearning development, mobile learning and performance improvement solutions that drive business results. Under Howard’s leadership, IPS has designed and developed over 2,500 custom training programs – on time and on budget – for a wide variety of job functions across a number of industries. His national and international experience has involved areas such as leadership, management, sales and marketing, engineering, safety, medical management, customer service, and performance management to name a few.
In addition, he serves as an adjunct professor for Colorado State University teaching High-Impact, On-Demand Performance Solutions. In the past, Howard also served as an adjunct professor for Pepperdine University and the University of Hawaii teaching subjects such as learning and technology, education program development and evaluation, knowledge management and adult learning theory.
Howard earned his doctoral degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Technology and International Training from the University of Southern California; Master’s degree from West Virginia University in Occupational Safety and Health; and, Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Interpretation from Colorado State University.
Dr. Lewis is also a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT). This designation is awarded by the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) to experienced practitioners in the field of Organizational Performance Improvement whose work meets both Performance-Based Standards of Performance Technology and application requirements developed by ISPI.
