Important Information

Please note that this is an "open entry" course.  An open entry course provides you with a window of time to complete the course. These courses are open to registration year-round and you do not have to be admitted to register or receive academic credit for these courses.

Open entry credit courses require you to complete the course within six months of the day of enrollment. You will have 1 month from the date of registration to drop the course with a 100% refund of tutition. After the 1-month period, you may withdraw from the course with a grade of "W," but no refund of tuition.

On the day you are registered, the enrollment is placed on your University transcript. If your coursework is not finished by the end of the semester, an "Incomplete" ("I") is posted. Upon course completion your earned grade is recorded. Failure to complete a course or withdraw in writing results in an "F" grade on your transcript.
