The Summer AgriCULTURE Institute is one of the Agriculture in the Classroom programs provided by the Colorado Foundation for Agriculture. Agriculture in the Classroom (AITC) in a nation-wide program that seeks to improve agricultural literacy – the awareness, knowledge, and appreciation of food, fiber, fuel, and natural resource topics – among prekindergarten through 12th grade teachers and students.
