Karla has been in higher education for the last 12 years. Her experience includes working at Coastal Carolina University, Western Kentucky University, and Colorado State University. She received Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Coastal Carolina University, her Master of Arts in Education from Western Kentucky University, and is a Ph.D. candidate in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership at the University of Northern Colorado.
Originally from Ohio, Teresa received her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Toledo. She went to Appalachian State University in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Boone, North Carolina to earn her M.A. in college student development. Teresa has been Assistant Director of Residence Life at CSU for 11 years, working with Academic Initiatives, Assessment, and Residential Learning Communities.
Hannah Caballero earned a B.A. in English and Spanish from the University of Idaho and an M.A. from Colorado State University in Teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language (TESL/TEFL). She currently teaches courses in the CSU English Department. She also serves as a composition administrator to help develop composition curriculum and train instructors and graduate teaching assistants.
