I originally hail from southern California where I attended the University of California-Irvine. After receiving an MA in College Student Personnel Administration from the University of Maryland at College Park and my first professional experience in the college union, I relocated west to assume responsibilities as the Director of the Union at Weber State University. During part of my eight-year tenure at Weber State, I attended the University of Utah and received my Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership with a concentration in higher education. I'm in my 14th year at CSU and currently serve as the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs and Executive Director of the Lory Student Center, providing leadership and guidance for Campus Activities; Student Leadership, Involvement, and Community Engagement (SLiCE); the CSU Bookstore; Business and Dining Services; LSC Operations; the Associated Students of CSU (ASCSU) and the Student Fee Review Board; and Division budgeting activities.

My favorite hobbies include hiking, fly fishing, mountain biking, and supporting my children's educational and sporting endeavors.
