Graduate Programs at CSU Online

Hybrid and Classroom-Based Graduate Degrees

CSU offers graduate degree programs and course instruction provided to students in classrooms off campus, during a short on-campus residency, and/or in combination with online learning. The amount of time that students are required to be in a physical classroom varies, so it is important to check each graduate program or course webpage for detailed information.

Doctoral Degrees

  • Doctor of Engineering in Systems Engineering
This program is suited for both practicing engineers and professionals who desire to transition into a systems engineering career from a related discipline. Study online and on campus to earn your doctorate in engineering.

  • Higher Education Leadership Ph.D. (Online with classroom component)
Much of your student work is accomplished online during two weekly sessions of 2.5 hours total using video conferencing. These interactions, plus a face-to-face summer class each summer for 6 days generally held in July, and one long weekend each January on the CSU campus, help create a cohesive cohort of students.

  • Organizational Learning, Performance, and Change Ph.D.
The OLPC Ph.D. develops skills and competencies in students who seek to improve organizational effectiveness, enhance decision-making skills, and develop analysis and research expertise. Designed for working executives, researchers, academics, and professionals, classes meet on Saturdays at CSU's Denver Learning Center, located downtown on 17th Street.
