Electronic Identity (NetID)
Account Creation
To enroll in credit courses with CSU, you must create a NetID (previously known as an eID). This will be your username (eName) and password required to access RAMweb, Canvas, and other University systems.
Note: If you already have a CSU eID, a NetID will automatically be created for you in July 2022.Reset Your Password
- Visit eid.colostate.edu
- Click "Change ePassword"
- Click "I forgot my ePassword"
- Follow the prompts to reset your password
CSU Email Accounts
When creating your NetID, you will receive a university email account. This will be the primary address used for important CSU communications.
To access your account, sign in to Office 365 using your eName@colostate.edu and NetID password.
