SOWK 642 - Clinical Intervention with Military Personnel

Spring 2023

Clinical framework for working with members of the military including active duty, veterans, and military families, applied to examine common diagnoses and effective interventions, including post-traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injury, substance abuse, and suicide. Cognitive behavioral therapy, reactive exposure behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, rehabilitation, animal-assisted therapy, and additional therapies will be investigated.
