This course is offered through the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Colorado State University. You must be a member of Osher to enroll in this course.

This presentation will focus on two comparisons:

1. American universities of the presenters experience and King Fahd University
of Petroleum and Minerals and
2. the experience of living in Saudi Arabia with attention to the similarities and differences with living in the U.S.

As time permits, there will be discussion of the impact of globalization, geopolitics, and terrorism experienced while
living there.

James Cooper

James Cooper is a retired Associate Professor of Marketing, previously active at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, University of Nebraska, University of Wyoming, University of Portland and University of New Mexico. He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from Michigan State University.
