This interactive, two-hour lecture will help participants encourage and enrich conversations and, therefore, relationships. Participants will learn and practice listening and questioning skills that can break through barriers including: electronic device addictions, different cultures, histories, and world views. We will learn and practice: seeking to understand first, listening with fresh ears, making room for others to talk, and helping others express their thoughts and feelings. All of this will be done while having meaningful and interesting conversations with other participants.
Noncredit courses do not produce academic credit nor appear on a Colorado State University academic transcript.
