China is 9,6000,000 square kilometers with over 1,300,000,000 population and 56 ethnic groups. Different groups and areas have their own food. One focus is 8 styles of cooking and their distinctions.

Tea is an important part of Chinese culture. In China, tea has been used as a kind of medicine, snack or drink with a very long history. Here different kinds of tea and their functions are focused on.
