OSHR 1706 - Drawing with Pen and Ink with Watercolor Wash

  • Noncredit
  • Fort Collins

This course is offered through the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Colorado State University. You must be a member of Osher to enroll in this course.

Pen and ink drawings can be spontaneous with energetic strokes; they can create the illusion of texture and depth of field, or be controlled with fine lines and detail. Either way, inking and watercolor washes have been a time-proven medium for those who enjoy drawing or wish to explore the many uses of ink and wash.

This class is both for the beginner who has had some drawing experience, or the artist who enjoys learning a new medium to experiment with. Instruction on how to draw will not be part of the instruction.

Noncredit courses do not produce academic credit nor appear on a Colorado State University academic transcript.
