Tornadoes, blizzards, hurricanes, +100oF heat and -25oC cold, torrid humidity, and desert dryness are all a part of life in America. The United States has the world’s wildest weather. No other nation has to deal with such a variety of weather, no wonder the weather forecasters occasionally miss their mark!
If you have ever wondered why weather exists or how it works, this course will help you understand why it snows, rains, and blows. What makes the weather? The simple answer is the sun, but it is not alone in giving us wonderful spring days and cold, windy blizzards. Find out what else is going on with our weather.
