  • Noncredit

One of the central paradoxes of American democracy is that there is a broad, deep, and persistently shared set of democratic values, principles, and assumptions that both unify the American people and generate America’s most significant political conflicts. This course attempts to shed light on this riddle: why is what Americans share the basis of what divides them?

Noncredit courses do not produce academic credit nor appear on a Colorado State University academic transcript.
