Captain Richard (Dick) Life

Captain Richard (Dick) Life, U.S. Navy (Ret) is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Georgetown University (MA Russian Area Studies), and the Army War College. From 1962-91, he served as an intelligence officer in Vietnam, the U.S. Embassy Moscow, & NATO. Trained by the CIA & DIA, he has extensive personal experience as a Cold War human intelligence collector and all-source analyst.
