  • Noncredit

This course is offered through the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Colorado State University. You must be a member of Osher to enroll in this course.

Come and learn about one of the hottest topics in the United States today - immigration. Learn about the laws that govern who is a U.S. citizen and how people come to live in this country. We will debunk the misconceptions about immigration laws and discuss the immigrant’s place in America in the past, present and future. Participate in discussions of current events and the legal (or not so legal) basis for these actions. The goal of this course is to provide a base of knowledge so you can make sense of the immigration debate.

Noncredit courses do not produce academic credit nor appear on a Colorado State University academic transcript.
