This course is offered through the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Colorado State University. You must be a member of Osher to enroll in this course.
International current events present us with unending and transforming circumstances. This new format is designed as a participatory round-table that meets weekly for six weeks for a two-hour discussion and analysis of on-going world events. There will be a moderator, but no single presenter or lecturer. If you are interested in learning and sharing ideas, concepts, and interpretations related to worldwide current events, and willing to participate actively over a six-week time period, this roundtable is for you!

John E. Roberts is a 34-year veteran of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Peace Corps and has taught a variety of Osher courses for the past nine years. As the roundtable moderator, he brings a rich set of life experiences and a keen interest in international affairs. He describes himself as "a student, a teacher, and an internationalist".
