Upon completion of this course, you will be able to coach elite level athletes more effectively through the implementation of evidence-based coaching expertise strategies. Provide an experiential and comprehensive application of concepts from expertise development literature into athletics. Emphasis is placed on developing coaching expertise and enhancing students' knowledge and ability to apply scientific principles into their own coaching contexts.
