Jack Applin has a BS in computer engineering from the University of Michigan and an MS in computer science from Colorado State University. He was a programmer for Hewlett-Packard for 27 years, until retiring and becoming an instructor in the Department of Computer Science at CSU in 2008. His knowledge of superhero comic books can be breathtaking.
