Degree Overview
The Organizational Performance and Change (OPC) master's degree is a highly regarded program for working professionals that:
- Enhances your ability to assess the dynamics of an organization and implement strategic change.

With face-to-face classes in downtown Denver that meet one evening a week, you complete the degree in two years. As a cohort program, the same group of students starts and completes the program together to ensure maximum networking, strong relationships, and an enhanced learning community.

Requirements
A total of 33 credits must be completed. Classes meet one evening per week at the Denver Learning Center. Travel to the Fort Collins campus is not necessary.
Curriculum
The program is organized into six, 10-week semesters consisting of two courses per semester, with considerable breaks between semesters to allow time for work and outside responsibilities.
Course Descriptions
Examples of courses include: Career and Employment Concepts; Human Resource Development; Power, Politics & Influence in Organizations; Performance Management; Analysis in Organizations; and Change Facilitation.

Our faculty members bring a wealth of knowledge about organizational performance and change to the program, with specialties ranging from scenario planning to gap analysis and process improvement to the aging and inter-generational workforce.

Information Sessions
Prospective students are welcome to attend information sessions about this master's degree at the Denver Learning Center, where they can meet faculty and get their questions answered.
How to Apply
Applicants are required to have a bachelor's degree from a regionally-accredited institution and at least five years of professional experience. GRE test scores are not required.
The Learning Experience
You will attend classes with your fellow students one evening a week at the Denver Learning Center in downtown Denver. Class size is kept small to encourage the participation and interaction that has earned this program a reputation for excellence in learning.

What you will earn
You will earn the same regionally-accredited Colorado State University degree that a student on the Fort Collins campus is awarded. Your diploma and transcript are identical to those awarded to on-campus students.
