STAT 675K - Topics in Statistical Methods (Bayesian)

Prerequisite

STAT 430 (Probability and Mathematical Statistics).

Description

Bayesian inference and theory, hierarchical models, Markov chain Monte Carlo theory and methods, model criticism and selection, hierarchical regression and generalized linear models, and other topics.

This course fulfills a Group III requirement for the MS degree.

This course can be applied towards:

• Statistics (M.S.)

Recommended that student has had STAT 530 and STAT 540.
