FESA 434 - Training Program Management

FESA 432 (Fire and Emergency Services Budgeting); FESA 433 (Fire and Emergency Human Resources).

Description

Management of agency training and education programs including utilization of training and education practices, resources, facilities, and technologies. Students will be prepared to assume the role of a Training Program Manager (TPM) requiring professional knowledge and skill of training functions.
