DM 520 - Professional Advancement in Merchandising

Analysis of leadership and how it affects organizational culture and change through a prism of past and current experiences. Various leadership styles will be examined and a personal leadership philosophy will be developed for professional advancement in merchandising.

This graduate level course is part of the Great Plains Idea and Colorado State University Master of Science degree in Design and Merchandising.

It is taught this semester by South Dakota State University. Students will be contacted by SDSU with website login information for this course after enrollment is completed. This course is part of the Great Plains IDEA curriculum.
