Debi Chernak, SPHR, is a human resources consultant specializing in strategic and workforce planning, corporate/employment branding, HR and business management, recruiting and retention of top talent, employee relations and engagement, organization development, culture and values, performance, compensation, benefits, and legal compliance.
Debi currently serves as Director of HR for IntelePeer, a B2B cloud communications company and an HR/OD consultant to start-up, growth, and restructuring companies. Since moving to Colorado from Northern Virginia/Maryland in 1996, she has served as Director of HR & Employee Engagement with Unisyn Medical Technologies in Golden and Consensys Imaging Service in Cary, IL; Director of HR, Branding & Engagement with The Affinity Corporation; Director of Human Resources for Aztek Networks in Boulder; and VP, Human Resources & Administration for Live Wire Networks in Denver.
Debi graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Sellinger School of Business & Management at Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland; and holds a master's degree in organizational performance & change from Colorado State University. She passed her PHR certification in 1997 and has been SPHR certified since 2001.
Gayle Henderson, SPHR brings a broad background of knowledge to share. Her career experience spans multiple industries, including high tech manufacturing, commercial food production, energy, automotive, and professional services through roles in both management and human resources. Her goals include aligning organizational practices with organizational goals to maximize business efficiencies and increase revenue while limiting liability exposure. She currently holds the HR Director role at Advanced Assembly, a low-volume, quick turn circuit board manufacturer.
Gayle has a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Texas A&M University and a Master of Education in organizational performance and change from Colorado State University; and has been SPHR certified since 2001.
