Advanced Project Management Certificate
Certificate Overview
In this eight-week Advanced Project Management Certificate program, you increase your knowledge and expertise in areas such as:
- Negotiation
- Change management
- Taking the trouble out of troubled projects
- Managing global project teams
The curriculum is designed to help students reach new heights in project and program management education and achieve a higher degree of success.
This new Advanced Project Management Certificate is a great way for PMP-certified professionals to earn 24 professional development units (PDUs). These PDUs are essential to maintain the Project Management Institute's (PMIĀ®) Project Management Professional (PMPĀ®) certification. To maintain PMP® certification, PMI requires 60 PDUs during each three-year renewal period.
You do not have to be a PMP-certified professional to enroll. This certificate is an excellent offering for seasoned project managers who would like to broaden their arsenal of skills.
This program consists of eight modules, completed over an eight-week period. The key to success in this program is its interactive, shared-learning environment. The instructors are PMP®-certified with extensive real-world project and program management experience.
